Over 10 years ago, I had my nasal bridge hump shaved down slightly without an implant, and had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage. After that, I had my nasal tip done two more times to lower the tip height and correct the crookedness. My last surgery was about 6 years ago, and since then I felt that my nasal bridge was slightly sunken, but lately it seems to be getting worse. Could this be a saddle nose symptom because septal cartilage was harvested? I heard that if too much septal cartilage is harvested, it can collapse, so I’m wondering if it’s slowly collapsing ㅠㅠ
