I don’t have the time or circumstances for surgery, and I’m not thinking of getting it. This is an edited photo, but I want to raise just the nasal tip by about this much. Would things like Hiko, nose lifting, or nasal tip filler be effective? I got under-eye filler and the results were so good, so I’m not against getting filler. Has anyone tried it? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
