This is my 3rd surgery, and I had it done with autologous costal cartilage a month ago. I feel like the nasal tip is a bit excessively high, but the doctor told me that because it was my 3rd surgery, they covered the nasal tip with donated dermis. I don't know whether that redness on my nasal tip is red because the skin peeled from seborrheic dermatitis, or whether the cartilage is really protruding and the skin has thinned, making it red like that. Is the cartilage showing through? Especially the tip of the nose, a little on the left side, is slightly red, and I'm so worried about why it's like that

Over 10 years ago, I had my nasal bridge hump shaved down slightly without an implant, and had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage. After that, I had my nasal tip done two more times to lower the tip height and correct the crookedness.
