Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

15 years after rhinoplasty, is it possible to only replace the silicone implant?

I had surgery in 2010 using silicone and ear cartilage, and thankfully I’ve been doing fine without a single inflammation, but the silicone starts too high from between my brows, so it makes me look masculine, and the implant is very noticeable. I did look into revision surgery a few times, but I didn’t have the money and there were no functional problems, so I just lived with it. But I’m still aesthetically unhappy with it, so I’d like it to be improved even a little. Has too much time passed, so would I need revision surgery with new cartilage all the way to the nasal tip? If I’m being honest, I’d like to use rib cartilage too and make a whole new nose, but since I’ve never had contracture or inflammation, I’m scared of having a major surgery. If anyone has only replaced the silicone implant after a long time since rhinoplasty, please leave a review.
