I had surgery in 2010 using silicone and ear cartilage, and thankfully I’ve been doing fine without a single inflammation, but the silicone starts too high from between my brows, so it makes me look masculine, and the implant is very noticeable. I did look into revision surgery a few times, but I didn’t have the money and there were no functional problems, so I just lived with it. But I’m still aesthetically unhappy with it, so I’d like it to be improved even a little. Has too much time passed, so would I need revision surgery with new cartilage all the way to the nasal tip? If I’m being honest, I’d like to use rib cartilage too and make a whole new nose, but since I’ve never had contracture or inflammation, I’m scared of having a major surgery. If anyone has only replaced the silicone implant after a long time since rhinoplasty, please leave a review.
익명 I’m having a similar concern too. I’m 7 years post-op! I liked it for about 3 years after surgery, but once the nasal tip dropped, it became a straight nose and the area between my brows started looking way too high. I guess there’s nothing you can do about the nasal tipㅠㅠ I’m okay with the front-view shape overall, and I don’t really want to get more greedy for no reason.. I’m thinking of going to the clinic where I had surgery and asking them to lower only the glabella area and replace the silicone..
라라룬 [@] Even 15 years ago, my director was an old man with no aesthetic sense, and by now he must have become an even older grandpa, so I don’t want to get it done there again ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
익명 [@Rararun] ㅋㅋㅋㅋ It really has been a long time. If there’s a better clinic, it’s better to go somewhere else. For me, even after looking around, there isn’t anywhere that especially appeals to me.. And I liked my nose before the nasal tip started drooping, so that’s why I’m trying to go back haha

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten

It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
