I'm finally going to get it removed at 1 today.. It's removal after about 1 year and 3 months,, I had nasal tip septal cartilage + 3.5 mm silicone + alar reduction + nasal tip fat removal ㅠㅠ I originally planned to remove only the silicone (the silicone kept pressing on the septal cartilage, weakening the nasal tip skin, and the septal cartilage drooped slightly, so I was in a situation of either revision surgery or removal, but I made up my mind to remove it!!) Now, with removal coming up, I'm wondering whether I should take out all the septal cartilage tooㅠㅠ The septal cartilage wasn't used as a support strut, but was used to raise the nasal tip, and since I've heard it can droop later, I'm thinking about removing everything this timeㅠㅠㅠㅠ Ha ㅠㅠ Since I received a lot of help from this community, I'll post reviews often after the removal too!!
