About 3 months ago, I had 3.5 mm silicone on the nasal bridge + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + had my hump shaved down + additionally, the nasal tip was lifted slightly My nasal bridge originally wasn't nonexistent, and my hump was sharp like a blade, so I had planned to shave it down and lift it slightly (I wanted a low silicone implant), but because the director proceeded by matching it to my forehead, 3.5 mm ended up being placed... It is really way too high. Even before surgery, I said that 3-3.5 mm was too high, and since my skin is thin, I was worried there might be a possibility of it showing through. At my follow-up at the clinic the other day, when I heard that 3.5 mm had been put in my nose, I almost lost it..... As it is, all I can see on my face is my nose, and I already had somewhat wide nostril wings; now the nostrils that weren't visible before surgery look lifted, so I have a piggy nose... The silicone shows through too, and my nasal dorsum is red I'm going to have it removed this time; it should be okay, right? I am worried about having had the hump removed, but I think it will be better than the mental stress..
