I am a case where I lived for over 14 years after my first surgery, a simple augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone, then last year had revision surgery with nasal tip septal cartilage and silicone replacement, and then had removal. Silicone was removed, but the septal support strut was not removed.

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
