It’s been about 3 hours since the removal surgery endedㅠㅠ I had both the nasal tip septal cartilage and the 3.5 mm silicone removed.. The shape of my nose really suited me, and even though some bulbousness remained, the bulbous nose itself was a nose shape that suited me, so I really liked it. But after 1 year and 3 months, because my skin became thinner, the silicone started pushing on the cartilage and the cartilage began to droop. The clinic recommended revision surgery with dermis grafting, but I felt like the saying that revision surgery leads to more revision surgery was true, so I had it removed.. I liked my nasal tip and wanted to leave it, but I heard that the tip would eventually droop from gravity tooㅠㅠ I think cosmetic surgery really is like that.. I even wonder whether it can last as long as 10 years without side effects; that seems to be what cosmetic surgery is.. Wellㅠ there are people who live well with it for 20-30 years, but maybe because this happened to me, I now feel extremely skeptical about cosmetic surgery itselfㅠㅠ I originally had a bulbous nose, and now that I removed everything, I’ll go back to an ugly bulbous nose.. But so what if I become a little uglierㅠㅠ It is a bit bitter.. Still, I think it’s better to live comfortably while planning my life.. Honestly, ever since this happened, I haven’t been able to study, and it feels like all the plans I made are getting tangled up... I am scared of the aftereffects going forward.. The sensation that the nasal tip is rising up toward the top of my head, nasal tip upturning, hardness of the nose.. There will be a lot to endure.. I had the surgery during the semester, and there are about 50 days left until the end of term.. I’m going to think of myself as dead until then and try to hang in there with everything I’ve got... By then, something will work out somehowㅠㅠ Now that it’s removed, there is a lot of relief.. I’m scared of the aftereffects, but.. what can I do.. It’s my lifeㅠㅠ Ah, but I had sedation anesthesia, and maybe because they removed everything up to the nasal tip, the surgery time was quite longㅠㅠ The surgery started at one, and when I woke up, it was four.... ;;;; I don’t know if the surgery was long or if I slept a lotㅠㅠ I tossed and turned yesterday and didn’t sleep properlyㅠㅠ When I woke up, I was in the recovery roomㅠㅠ They said they would remove only the silicone for free, but since removing the nasal tip was included too, they charged 500,000 won.. And they prescribed 10 days’ worth of antibiotics and painkillers, so the medication cost was 60,000 won too... I had no inflammation at all, so are this many antibiotics and painkillers necessary? I saw in some post before that there can be inflammation that appears internally, not inflammation that shows on the outside. I wonder if there was something like that...ㅠㅠ The director didn’t mention inflammation and only said it went wellㅠㅠ I’m worrying about every little thing... timid-person diseaseㅠㅠㅠ Anyway, I’ll keep posting removal reviews!! + I just looked in the mirror and under my eyes are starting to bruise slightly like dark circles.. I guess surgery is still surgeryㅠㅋㅋ My nose was originally bulbous, so the swelling doesn’t seem thaaat huge, and the glabella is quite swollenㅠ Avatar.. And the bridge height still isn’t much different from when I had cosmetic surgery because of the swellingㅠㅠ It’ll go down gradually, right.. I wish it wouldn’t go down too muchㅠㅠ And maybe because the drooping septal cartilage was removed, my nasal tip seems a bit lifted. Surely it isn’t already starting to turn up;;;;;ㅠㅠㅠ I don’t have any pulling sensation or anything yet, only blood coming from my nose and a slight headacheㅠ Other than that, there isn’t a big differenceㅠㅠ Maybe because I had surgery, my body feels a bit tiredㅠㅠ
