I’m so sad.... This February, I had revision surgery because the nasal tip cartilage was showing through. ... The doctor removed the silicone without even telling me, and because my nose height was high, shaved down my nose and made a line.... I really feel like I’m going crazy. From the front, the shaved area still has bruising, it looks wide and spread out, and there’s no slimness to be found... For the nasal tip, they repositioned ear cartilage and said they tied something to give the nasal tip more room... My nostrils show, there’s no nasal bridge, but only the nasal tip is bluntly lifted up. I don’t know if it’s contracture or because of scar tissue..
