I think I’ll just have a simple removal and remove only the septal support graft and the tied nasal cartilages, but will my nasal tip drop a lot?
The doctor says it will become lower than before, but it shouldn’t be noticeable enough to be upsetting. ㅠ
Also, according to the counseling manager, they separated the attached columellar cartilages and inserted the septal cartilage between them to make the columella stand firmly,
so if the septal cartilage is removed, the soft columellar cartilages have already been separated and will collapse, she says.
I don’t think they’ll do something like cartilage repositioning..
