I’m planning to remove the ear cartilage from the nasal tip

The ear cartilage is showing in a pointed way, and it’s a bit off-center, so the pointed apex? or whatever you call it has shifted to the left, so it’s not centered. But from a 45-degree? side view, the tip looks slightly pulled to one side, like one side is pressed down ㅠㅠ One side’s boundary can be felt by touch.. It’s not to the point that other people would notice a lot, but it stresses me out so much that I want to remove it. If I only remove the ear cartilage from the nasal tip, it’ll get a bit lower, but will the roundness and the crookedness go away? ㅜㅜ Honestly I want to take everything out, but I still think the money is too precious, so I’m planning to live with it a little longer and then take it out. People around me are against it too ㅜㅜ I don’t know why the septal cartilage is so uncomfortable I absolutely hate open surgery, and I don’t want an open removal or taping either, but is that being too greedy?ㅠㅠ If anyone has only removed the ear cartilage from the nasal tip, please tell me whether it’s possible to go straight back to daily life after removal, and whether the nasal tip becomes uneven or bumpy, etc. Please give me some adviceㅠㅠ
