It’s been a while since I came on here~ Before surgery, I used to come in dozens of times a day, but these days I don’t come as often The best things after removal are that my nose doesn’t feel tight in the morning, and the silicone marks on both sides of my nose are gone, which I like (it had been 5 years since I got silicone, so it wasn’t severe, but the silicone line on both sides of my nose was visible) Because the hump area was shaved down, compared with old photos before the silicone surgery, my nasal bridge has become thicker. If you had an osteotomy, it probably won’t look thick. I think mine looks that way because I only had shaving without osteotomy. My nasal bridge was thin, so personally I’m satisfied with the thicker bridge My hump was severe, and the doctor scared me so much, saying if I removed the silicone, my nasal bridge would disappear, become broad and uneven..;; I even made a dermis graft reservation, but canceled right before surgery because my parents opposed it. Looking back now, I think I did well not doing dermis and just having removal First of all, appearance-wise it’s very okay. My nose is slightly upturned, but I think that’s not from silicone removal, but because I left the septal cartilage in the nasal tip as is. I dislike noses where the nostrils show, but I didn’t want major surgery, so I left the tip alone and only removed the silicone. If you leave the nasal tip septum as is, the nose shape isn’t bad. I was worried it would become bumpy, but so far the nasal line is smooth and natural. When I asked the director, he said it’s because of the silicone capsule What’s disappointing is.. I definitely removed the silicone, but there’s still a slightly shiny feeling like when the silicone was there;; Also, there’s a wrinkle on the nasal bridge.. A straight wrinkle marking where the silicone started has formed.. ㅠ And it’s disappointing that the nasal tip is hard Still, I think there are far more benefits after removal, so I absolutely don’t regret it.
