It was my first surgery, and I like the shape and have no inflammation, but because of worries about side effects and about revision surgery that I do not know when might happen, I started regretting it as soon as I got on the operating table. When I had a blood test before, my inflammation markers were a bit high, and I also have inflammation in my gums because a root canal treatment was done incorrectly, so I am worried that my chance of side effects may be higher than other people’s. I feel like I have become a wreck in just a few days.. I feel so sorry to my parents... I just want to live comfortably with my original nose, even if it is ugly and wide.. I had my hump shaved, 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, AlloDerm, cartilage tying at the nasal tip, silicone used as a columella ??support??, and ear cartilage was also used. If I remove it within a week, would it be possible to remove it without particular side effects such as contracture, the nose turning up, or becoming wider...? Also, can it return to a soft, squishy nose like my original nose...? I feel like I have abused myself all this time without confidence in my appearance, and I spend every day in tears.
