Silicone Removal + Deviated Septum Surgery Review (Failed ㅜㅜ)

I had the silicone removed and had deviated septum and rhinitis surgery together. I deliberately went to an ENT specialist, but the result is a total disasterㅜㅜ Before that, I had my hump shaved down and silicone inserted, but the first doctor didn’t shave the hump properly and instead cut the silicone to match that shape before putting it in. So after removing it, the hump was really severe and prominent. It also looked okay from the right side, but from the opposite side it was completely a hump nose..ㅜㅜ I didn’t just have silicone removal; we were supposed to lower the septal cartilage that was at the nasal tip a little and use ear cartilage to prevent nasal deformity.. But now my nostrils are uneven, and the hump is prominentㅜㅜ Honestly, even when I look at it, I can see that during the first surgery, the doctor just handled the hump carelessly and roughly. It’s not even, the bony framework protrudes on the right side, the left side is sunken in, and the hump wasn’t refined at allㅡㅡ I seriously wanted to chase after him!!! I didn’t know because it had been covered with silicone.. According to the second doctor, the bone should have been properly shaved and then covered with silicone, but instead the silicone was shaved to fit the bone and just placed over it... The doctor who removed it also saw it and must have thought it was severe, because he said he would refine the hump again after 6 months and do revision surgery at no cost.. Still, I was grateful that he readily offered to do it.. But I’m also worried about the deviated septumㅜㅜ The opposite nostril feels more blocked and stuffy than before, and I can feel a bone that wasn’t there before.
