Review of nose silicone removal

This is my first time writing a post here. Um... today is the second day since I had the silicone removed from my nose. First of all, my initial surgery was about 2 years ago. It seems like everyone gets surgery in Seoul, but I had mine done at a hospital near where I live that was supposedly pretty good. A so-called neighborhood clinic. I only had silicone placed on the nasal bridge, about 3 mm. It was done with a closed approach. My nasal tip was not touched from the beginning. For about 2 years, I lived satisfied with it. But from some point, my skin started getting thinner, and under bright lights or, um... especially inside elevators, only the area where the silicone was inserted would shine and look very glossy. Also, from the side view, the area near the glabella looked more and more angular over time, so I hated how artificial it looked. So when I went outside, I almost always wore a hat. Also, I happened to find this community and read many reviews by people who had their nose implants removed, and there were so many people who removed them because of inflammation. Also, only 2 years after my nose surgery did I learn what contracture wasㅡㅡ I had been completely ignorant. So I was scared, and I didn’t want to keep carrying a ticking time bomb that I might face someday, so I had it removed. Ah, I did not have inflammation, contracture, or any side effects like that. And since my nasal tip had not been touched from the beginning, only the silicone was removed, so I think the removal surgery took about 15 minutes. It was also done with a closed approach. And I had the removal done at the same place where I originally had my nose surgery. This got long, but anyway, the conclusion is that it’s the second day after surgery, and there is slight swelling. There is also a bit of bruising on the nasal dorsum. My nasal bridge is a little lower, but there is no upward pulling or tightness at all, and thankfully my nostrils are symmetrical too. So what I felt after going through this is that implants, especially artificial implants, are absolutely not something to put inside the body. For people in cases like mine, or people who don’t have inflammation but want removal, I don’t think you need to worry much. After removal, I feel very comfortable mentally.
