Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I really wasn't going to write a review ㅡㅡ

I deleted the photos because of some psycho^^

Today is day 6 after removal

Previously, I posted a review of my hospital tours and a question about swelling and bruising after surgery, but there was someone leaving sarcastic comments on every comment of mine. I didn't know why, but they suspected me of being a broker and kept suspecting me until the end. Almost like an obsession with suspecting someone is a broker.. Please get psychiatric treatment before your nose. I was so dumbfounded and felt so awful that I wasn't going to leave a review, but I received a lot of help here, and I know how desperate that feeling is, so I'm leaving one.

Nose revision surgery 8 months ago- 6 mm silicone, columellar lengthening and support strut with donated costal cartilage, and auricular dermis graft because the ear cartilage was showing through the skin.

AS(?) 2 months ago I waited the full six months, and because the nasal tip had become pointy like some witch's nose, I went onto the operating table for surgery to lower the tip. But after the stitches were removed, it became even higher, so I asked the hospital, and they said that since the tip was very high, they just added more dermis in the middle;;;

I absolutely couldn't tolerate it, so I toured removal hospitals.

Reason for removal- My skin was already thin and red, so I had revision surgery to lower it even more, but after the surgery the doctor proudly said: I made it higher. ;;;(;;;Only the nasal tip was insanely pointy, so I was stressed and had a free revision surgery, but instead it turned into an even more serious-looking nose.

My nose was bulky, the area where they added more dermis in the middle bulged out and became uneven, the nasal tip angle came down too much, and as they pulled out the columella with the donated costal cartilage strut, the columella became crooked. Most importantly, because of the 6 mm silicone, my eyes looked severely pulled together, my impression became way too harsh, and the silicone started not between my eyes but between my eyebrows.... It was a total mess.

Consultation review- Some places said donated costal cartilage cannot be completely removed and that a little must be left. One place said complete removal was possible.

Because the opinions differed, I was torn, then later I went to another place for a consultation, and after consulting with the director who was full of confidence, I just paid the deposit right away.

When I visited the hospital after surgery, the hospital said my nose had been manipulated an enormous amount. ㅠㅠ

The bruising and swelling were tremendous. Now, on day six, it has gotten a lot better, but from the front, it's a bulky nose with no bridge. From the side, though, it is definitely softer than before removal, and my eye shape has returned too. I want to get out of this bulky-nose phase quickly.

Oh right, my revision surgery was also open, the AS afterward was also open, and the removal was also open~! They took ear cartilage and reinforced the nasal tip~ I didn't want my nose to be too spread out.
