As the contracture became severe, stitches were protruding from the nasal tip, so I had the silicone removed right away.. (The photo is before removal.) They said they inserted artificial dermis to soften the tissue, but it’s a clinic I don’t trust, so I’m planning to have revision surgery somewhere else. I’d appreciate recommendations for clinics that are good at resolving contracture using ear cartilage.
