<Day 3>After<Day 7 (right after taping removal)><Day 14>*My natural nose and operated nose are in my previous post!
First of all, I had no implant, and only septal cartilage was used in the nasal tip. I was told it was used as support. My natural nose was a drooping hooked nose, and my operated nose felt like only the nasal tip was long, without a bridge. Both surgeries were done open, and I had it removed at 1 month, which most people do not recommend. When I had the first surgery, I didn’t have much swelling, so I thought there would be even less after removal, but the cherry-tomato swelling at the nasal tip was intense... I think I got more bruising on the nasal bridge than when the hump was shaved down too! (dark bruising...) The columella scar isn’t extremely severe, but I want it to fade a little more, so I’m applying Dermatix morning and night. They say the contracture phase can start as early as week 2, which is a bit scary... ㅠ.ㅠ But right now, it looks prettier, as if it’s lifted a bit more than my drooping natural nose. My older sister also says it seems smaller than my natural nose, and I feel like my nose has become smaller than my natural nose too. There isn’t any special care method, so I wondered whether I should write another review, but it seemed like some people were curious about the later shape, so I’m posting this! I hope it helps :)
