3-week review after total nose implant removal

It’s now been 3 weeks since I had the L-shaped silicone implant, ear cartilage, and capsule removed. Now that it’s week 3, I went to the clinic for a follow-up. Around the time week 2 passed, the contracture phase started, so my nasal bridge and nasal tip became hard and firm, and it was really emotionally difficultㅠㅠ... They’re still hard now...ㅠㅠ When I raise my eyebrows, my nose feels tight, and I think it’s a symptom of the contracture phase! Week 2 was the hardest, so I couldn’t even write a reviewㅠㅠ Anyway, I told the doctor about the contracture phase, and they said that from week 3 is when the contracture phase becomes more severe, so by about 2 months it should loosen up. They taught me a massage that helps loosen the contracture phase, so I’m going to try hard! There wasn’t anything particularly difficult; it was like holding the nasal bridge, pulling it downward, and loosening it in circular motions. It’s hard to explain in wordsㅠㅠ The contracture phase has started, but it doesn’t look bad like someone with nasal contracture. Still, I hope my nasal tip comes down quickly.

Because of scar tissue inside my nose, I rented a scar-tissue support device. It was 60,000 won in cash, and they said cards weren’t accepted, so I paid in cash. They said they’d return the 60,000 won when I return it. They said I need to use it for about 8 hours a day!

They told me to come back for a follow-up after 3 months, so I scheduled the visit and came back.

I’ll come write another review once the contracture phase loosens up well!!!!!

I hope everyone struggling because of their nose gets through it well!
