One Year After Silicone Removal, Only Ear Cartilage Remains, but an Inflammatory Reaction

One year ago, I had the silicone removed because of inflammation in my nose. They left the ear cartilage as it was, and they said the inflammation wasn’t severe. The surgery also went well, so I spent a year without any trouble.. Maybe thanks to the ear cartilage, the shape wasn’t bad, so I was living fairly satisfied.. But starting a few days ago, the bridge of my nose suddenly began to swell ㅡㅡ It’s itchy, similar to the symptoms I had when there was inflammation before.. The swelling isn’t severe. It’s to the point that others wouldn’t notice. It’s a very subtle swelling that only I can tell, but there’s also tenderness, and it’s driving me crazy. There’s no silicone, so why on earth ㅜㅜ
