Day 14 after complete nose implant/cartilage removal, photos included (Sharing info with those who had complete nose removal…

I had complete removal of everything in my nose 42 days after my rhinoplasty. 1.5 mm silicone, short-nose columellar auricular cartilage strut, auricular cartilage at the nasal tip, slight columella lifting, and nostril lowering using septal cartilage. They manipulated way too many things... It’s now day 14 after complete nose removal, and from day 10 the contracture phase seemed to start. My nose is getting harder and harder, and it feels like it is gradually lifting upward. A lot of scar tissue has formed, the columella has pulled all the way upward, and my nostrils are completely triangular. My original nose had round nostrils and a very round nasal tip. Since 3 days ago, a lump-like thing has formed between my eyes and nose, and it is gradually getting bigger. The area on my left nostril/alar side where nostril lowering was done has had the septal cartilage removed, but it is pinched in (with a visible boundary), and on the right side line of my nose, round scar tissue has formed. (It seems like scar tissue from the area where nostril lowering was done.) When will the contracture phase ease up? Will a relaxation phase really come? If the relaxation phase comes, will my currently triangular nostrils become a bit rounder, and will the columella come down a little again..? Because of my nose, I really can’t sleep and can’t function in daily life at all If anyone is in a similar situation to me, please share your opinions~ When I had the removal, the doctor said that if everything is removed, they cannot know what the nose shape will be... But the consultant I spoke with said many people have complete removal and that it would probably go back to feeling similar to my original nose.. And when I heard from a director at another hospital who specializes a lot in noses, they said that even after complete removal, it returns to the original nose, so not to worry. I’m really stressed!!! I won’t disclose the hospital information. I’d like us to share things like whether the relaxation phase comes in this kind of situation and improves things, how long the contracture phase lasts, and so on..!
