I had removal surgery 3 years after rhinoplasty, and it has been 2 years since the removal. I remember going in and out of this community constantly when I was deciding on removal, so I came back and wrote this. For the rhinoplasty, I had 4 mm silicone + ear cartilage at the nasal tip, and for removal, I had everything removed. After nasal implant removal, the shape looks like “my pre-surgery nasal bridge + my post-surgery nasal tip.” I liked the shape before, but I removed it because the implant was noticeable, so honestly, I’m most satisfied now after having had surgery and then removal.. lol At the time of removal, I was so stressed and scared because of people saying it would collapse and so on, but none of that happened at all, and I recovered so well that I’ve even forgotten I went through that process.
