This will be my 3rd nose surgery. My nasal bridge was originally high, so I didn’t have silicone put in at all, and I had surgery twice with only osteotomy and nasal tip cartilage. But my nasal tip drooped too much and looked long, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery again. I’m planning to do the revision with autologous rib cartilage. Would that be okay? Since it’s my third time, I feel like I need to look into it carefully, so I’m scaredㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
