I prefer a natural-looking nose, and I’m not getting revision surgery because of inflammation. I had it done without an implant, but the nasal tip is too high compared with the bridge, and the tip cartilage even shows through. Is there a clinic that’s good at natural-looking revision rhinoplasty? Also, this time I want to have surgery with a closed approach. Would that be possible?
