I had nose surgery around this time last year, and I was satisfied until about 3 months right after it, but as this year is coming to an end, I feel like my nose has drooped too much and it’s toooo natural? I mean, it’s not even naturally pretty, and it feels like the parts I wanted to improve are still the same, so I want revision surgery. Would that be okay.. Honestly, it’s not to the point that I really hate it even now, and if I had to just live with it I could, but I think I just have this vague, strong thought that I want to become prettier. I feel like if I get revision rhinoplasty, I’ll become prettier.. Because my nose still feels too blunt and big right now When I casually ask people around me who don’t know I had nose surgery, “Should I get nose surgery or not?” they all say things like, “You’d probably look prettier if you did”.. But I already did it… And among the friends who know I had it done, some say revision surgery seems like it would be okay.. It’s not because of side effects or anything, but simply because of the shape, and because it’s too natural? Since I’m thinking of doing it again for that reason, I’m getting even more conflicted… But really, nobody can tell
고상만 There seem to be quite a lot of cases where people do it again because there’s almost no before-and-after difference...
Eun1111 [@고상만] Righttt, if it keeps bothering me, it’s probably better to do it again? I’m so stressed
비단향꽃무 If there’s no before-and-after difference, there’s no point in having had surgery So it seems like a lot of people get surgery for that reason too
삼사 Right, there are quite a few people who get revision surgery because there’s no before-and-after difference
Hfhdjs I’ve seen more cases like that than I expected
후드러벌 Yeah yeah, I’ve seen it a few times. There are actually quite a few people who get revision surgery because it came out too natural

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 17 It’s day 2 after surgery, and my nose looks upturned. Will it come down?
Originally, my nasal tip had little soft tissue and looked kind of shaved down, and the silicone was showing through too, so I had revision surgery. Since I don’t have much soft tissue at the nasal tip, at first I asked for it to be made…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 17 FitMe Nose + autologous costal cartilage?
My bulbous nose wasn’t corrected properly, so I’m thinking of revision surgery. What would it be like to use FitMe Nose together with autologous costal cartilage? FitMe Nose is used a lot for bulbous noses too, right? If I use autologous…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 17 If I get revision rhinoplasty with silicone

I’m going to ㅅㄱ and ㄷㅇㅇ this week, and I couldn’t make the times work for ㅈㅇㅌ and ㄹㅂㄹ, so I’ll go sometime in January. If the materials recommended for revision rhinoplasty differ, how do people usually decide..? This is my first time…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 17 Autologous rib cartilage
This will be my 3rd nose surgery. My nasal bridge was originally high, so I didn’t have silicone put in at all, and I had surgery twice with only osteotomy and nasal tip cartilage. But my nasal tip drooped too much and looked long, so I’m…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 17 I’m curious about the materials they put inside
If they use rib cartilage and ear cartilage, does the nasal tip become soft?? They say if you put in cartilage and stuff, even if you press the nasal tip, it doesn’t look like you had surgery... I saw a post on Babitalk saying you can make
