If they use rib cartilage and ear cartilage, does the nasal tip become soft?? They say if you put in cartilage and stuff, even if you press the nasal tip, it doesn’t look like you had surgery... I saw a post on Babitalk saying you can make even the tip soft Is this a lie or true? I got silicone, so my nasal tip is freaking hard If I plant my face into the bed, I feel like I could balance on it Anyway, this is bothering me more than I expected.... 제로제로00 If you put in costal cartilage, there’s no way it can be soft.. I heard that if it’s done only with ear cartilage, you can do a piggy nose. But I don’t think any sturdy material stronger than septal cartilage would be soft.. I had rhinoplasty with septal cartilage at Saegim, and it’s not extremely hard, but it’s not as soft as ear cartilage either. People say it loosens over time and stuff, but I don’t think that kind of hearsay is really reliable information...
