Will satisfaction drop a lot? Are there any other good materials besides autologous rib cartilage? There’s also the hassle of having to undergo surgery twice, and for someone like me who isn’t very familiar with plastic surgery, the idea of using rib cartilage is pretty scary, but everyone seems fine with it. I’m asking because more people use rib cartilage than I expected. What makes autologous rib cartilage good, and why do so many people use it? (Information from those who had surgery at Louvre, Lamiche, Miho, or O&Young is welcome^^)

It’s not that you must use silicone I decided to do mine with rib cartilage at O&Young, but silicone revision exists too, yeah
땅비헤흐 Autologous costal cartilage isn’t mandatory just because it’s revision surgery. I had revision rhinoplasty at LBR and used donated costal cartilage~ At least when choosing rib cartilage, I think the patient’s own will is more important than the clinic forcing it
