First of all, I always pursue natural-looking results!! I don’t want a nose that looks surgical. Even if it is not high, even if it is lower, I want it to be natural and harmonious with my face.
- 4 years ago, first operation: ear cartilage - 2 years ago (because of the pinched look), I impulsively went to a consultation, and as the doctor advised, I revised it by taking and using my own costal cartilage, but it became a Pinocchio nose - 2 years later, this June, I had a 3rd revision using the autologous costal cartilage already in my nose. Right after surgery, except for being higher than I wanted, I was satisfied. As the swelling goes down, the tip became pointy, cartilage became prominent, it started to look crooked, and the height did not decrease (too high). Still, it is much better than before ㅠㅜ Anyway, for this reason, I decided to receive it as a free AS correction This is a simple correction, so there will be no splint and no packing, and they said swelling should subside in about a week. In fact, even when I had the 3rd revision with this doctor, swelling was minimal.
The problem is that I have a lot of important events coming up where I need to meet people, so if I’m going to do it, I want to do it quickly. But the doctor says because my skin is thin, for the long term it is best to wait until a full year has passed. But since this would lower height, not raise it, he said I can do it right now, and I am still very conflicted.. Should I wait until the important events are over and then do the 4th surgery with a nose that is a bit cosmetic-looking and not what I like, or do it now ㅠㅠ I want advice from everyone with revision experience!!
