I felt that the director had outstanding expertise, and it didn’t feel like a rough look-over but like they examined things carefully. It seemed like they had researched a lot about how to reduce scarring further. I didn’t particularly feel that the staff were friendly. I plan to think a bit more about philtrum reduction, and even if I do it, I’ll need to consider more whether to do it here or not.
