I could feel the director's expertise, and it did not feel like they were just glancing over things; it felt like they were checking everything carefully. It seemed like they had researched a lot about how to reduce scarring even more. I did not really feel that the staff were especially friendly. I am planning to think more about reducing the philtrum, and even if I do it, I need to consider more whether I would do it here.
