The director was extremely kind, sweet, and so attentive that they even told me not to be nervous while shaping the line. I had gone in for a consultation because one side that had been operated on at another clinic before had loosened, and they recommended redoing only the loosened side. When I asked whether both sides would be better, they asked whether the other side had ever loosened even once or twice a month, and since it had not, they said it was better not to touch the healthy eye. I was also surprised that they matched the double eyelid line on the side that had not loosened exactly the same. It felt like they did not recommend unnecessary things and were matching the patient's needs.
