The director is very, very kind and sweet, and is so attentive that even when setting the line, he tells you not to be nervous. One side that I had surgery on at another hospital before had come undone, so I went for a consultation. He recommended revising only the side that came undone, and when I asked what he thought about doing both sides, he asked whether the other side had ever come undone even once or twice a month. Since that had never happened, he told me it would be better not to touch the normal eye. Also, he matched the line exactly to the double eyelid on the side that had not come undone, which surprised me. It felt like he didn’t recommend unnecessary things and tried to meet the patient’s needs.
