Thinking back to the consultation I had 2 years ago.. After arriving at the clinic, I started by looking at the booklet, and there were more photo reviews of implant-free rhinoplasty than I expected. I was scared of silicone, so I had gone in only considering implant-free surgery, which I liked, but after the consultation with the director, he seemed overly confident about rhinoplasty, and there wasn’t enough explanation about how he would build up the nose, so I didn’t do it.
