I was so stressed that I felt I was going crazy, and it has already been about three years and two months since I underwent my first rhinoplasty. If circumstances allow, I want revision surgery 100% T_T This is not because of contracture or anything like that; I have major dissatisfaction with both functional and external aspects. The clear thing is that it is truly impossible to predict how you will look after surgery, so it is hard to be satisfied with a first surgery. I also think there is even less reason to use autologous costal cartilage for a primary surgery. Harvesting my own rib cartilage was so painful that I never want to do it again, and I still have a distinct scar. I still have foreign-body sensations and pain both inside and outside. If I could go back to before my first surgery: 1. Use donated rib cartilage 2. Columellar angle (!!!☆☆☆☆☆) Should I call it midface depression? No matter how much you raise only the nose without improving this, the side profile looks truly disastrous... T_T 3. Asymmetry 4. Internal scar tissue I especially think I should have clearly discussed points 2, 3, and 4 during the preoperative consultation. Honestly, I do not want to go back to before surgery, and I feel much better now than before, with great satisfaction in many areas, starting with my self-esteem. However, after spending a large amount of money and going through so much, it still hurts whenever I look in the mirror that these regrets remain... T_T I wrote this rambling post while looking into revision surgery. I hope it helps someone. P.S. At the clinic I went to, I was disappointed in many ways with the doctor, coordinator, and other staff as soon as I paid. I do not remember who the doctor was, but I was also disappointed with the skill. I was a first-year high school student at the time of surgery. Personally, I now think it is better to avoid clinics that perform contouring or rhinoplasty on minors.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 22 [Clinic A] Plastic Surgery

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 22 Ten-year rhinoplasty review
