Six-month rhinoplasty revision review

It has already been six months since I had revision rhinoplasty, alar lifting, correction of a long nose, and nasolabial angle correction by Dr. Han Jun at Ondo Plastic Surgery. Because it was revision surgery, I had more concerns than with my first surgery, especially wanting to improve the prominent nasion area of my previous nose and its long-nose appearance. I prefer a natural straight to slightly straight-up line rather than a strongly upturned tip, so I emphasized this during the consultation. In the early stages, there was swelling and the shape seemed to keep changing, so I looked in the mirror several times a day. As time passed, the line gradually settled into a more natural shape. Now, at six months, I like the height of the tip and the overall line, and I am satisfied that my nasal proportions look more balanced from the front and side. I wanted a nose that suited my face while still creating a definite change, rather than something overly glamorous or artificial, and I feel it improved in the direction I wanted. Revision rhinoplasty had to be decided on more carefully than the first surgery, and I feel I made the right choice by fully explaining my concerns and desired line to Dr. Han Jun and having the surgery there. I will continue to watch the remaining swelling and subtle changes, but so far this is a satisfying six-month review!
