At the time, I was concerned about surgery because my slightly hooked nose and low bridge made my impression look plain. Since it was my first surgery, I absolutely wanted a natural result! For about three months after surgery, it was extremely high and looked pretty and fascinating at the time, but looking back later, it was unnaturally high. Still, it gradually settled and became natural. Now the tip has actually collapsed and the silicone bridge implant also looks unnatural... Since the surgery was so long ago, I do not remember the details of the process well, but I am leaving this in case it helps anyone looking for an old rhinoplasty review :)
