I’m genuinely wondering: if everything is removed, there’s no foreign material left, right? I understand that contraction can make it look like capsular contracture, but isn’t the risk of complications greater while silicone is still in place? Because of my anxiety, I’ve given up on the shape now. I’m considering removing the septum graft as well and using support, but I’m wondering whether living with a support made of autologous cartilage would be less risky than silicone complications T_T
