I had surgery with ear cartilage up to the second operation. For the third one, there was no ear cartilage left, so I used autologous costal cartilage (it’s been two years). The important thing is that they made the columella extension extremely elevated, so it’s high and pointy. Up to the second surgery, my nose was small, round, and cute, but now it has become longer and feels like a “nose goblin,” with a masculine impression. I deeply regret having revision rhinoplasty and want to return to my original small, short, round nose. Is there any way? My skin has also stretched, so I guess there’s no solution, right? T_T… They made the tip so raised that it looks as if someone pulled it upward, and I get annoyed every time I look in the mirror. Should I look for a clinic that is good at restoration? Four nose surgeries, lol. I have neither the money nor the confidence T_T T_T T_T T_T… Sigh, this is frustrating.
