One month until my fifth nose surgery—anyone like me?

Since it isn’t a small amount of money, I’ve been thinking a lot with one month left! I had my first nose surgery at 21 at a local clinic, and after it went badly, I went to Seoul. They said autologous costal cartilage would make a definite difference, but I disliked the scar and thought it was just sales talk, so I used donor rib cartilage instead. Since there was hardly any difference from the first surgery, I paid extra for autologous costal cartilage and had revision surgery—the third operation. I probably didn’t manage it well either, and inflammation developed, though it settled after three months. I had the fourth operation for free, and perhaps because my nose was opened three times in one year, inflammation and contracture developed even though I took good care of it. I felt that continuing to open it here would only leave more scars on my body and become an endless cycle, so I waited a year, visited several clinics, and decided to have surgery at a clinic specializing in contracture, [Clinic A], after paying the deposit. But everyone around me had surgery at famous clinics that everyone recognizes by name alone, so I’m a little worried. I’m treating this as truly the last time, so it’s a major expense. It was originally scheduled for May but was postponed because of hepatitis of unknown etiology T_T. With one month left, I feel so distressed that I’m writing this to vent to everyone here... I don’t have photos from my first nose surgery, but I’ll show you photos from the revision onward. If you’re going to have nose surgery, I think you should go somewhere that does it properly and really well. People around me have no contracture and researched their clinics properly from the beginning, so I’m jealous that they all got beautiful noses in their first or second surgery, haha. I hope this will really be my last time!
