Nose Re-Surgery

Has anyone had everything removed at [Clinic A] ([Doctor A])? I need help deciding..

This was my first-surgery director, and it has been nearly 20 years, but my nose is fine. Still, my skin is thin enough that the implant sometimes shows, and I feel anxious about occasional pain, so I want to have everything removed. I visited the three major clinics, but all three directors had different preferred surgical methods, which left me even more unsure. Consultations at other famous places would also be good, but the prices are so high that I'm deliberating whether I should return to [Clinic A], where I originally had it done. However, [Doctor A] recommends revision rather than removal. They said they can remove it if I want, but I would feel a sense of loss, and they would lower the tip of my nose. The tip contains septal cartilage, you see. I'm getting a little tired of the foreign-body sensation, and I hate having something in my nose, so I want everything removed. Since I was a former patient, they said they would take care of me regarding the cost; it is half the price of my current first choice lol. But they even said there could be additional charges during surgery, so it's a huge burden [Doctor A]'s aesthetic sense suits me, and as for surgical skill, what more can I say? My current nose proves it. But there are no reviews about removal, and absolutely no reviews about removing material from the nasal tip, so I'm deliberating. What would you do? I don't want any more nose surgery; I want the final removal to be the end of it
