I had a hump and a drooping columella, so after a lot of searching online and in person, I decided on this place because the price was reasonable, the director seemed trustworthy, and most of all it was conservative and didn't put in unnecessary material. They did the surgery using cartilage repositioning to lift the columella without using the septum or costal cartilage, and they shaved the hump too. They didn't use a splint, there was no bleeding, and honestly the surgery wasn't painful at all. I only had tape on. At this point, about 2 months later, it just looks really natural. There are some parts that feel a bit odd because the simulation before surgery was different, and I'm a little disappointed that the hump was shaved less than I expected, but they said they shaved it as much as possible, so I'm just living with that. If I don't say anything, nobody would know, that's how natural it looks.
