Both the doctor and the manager were kind. Unlike the mechanical, smile-only way the clinic the manager handled worked, they were quite warm and kind. They seem to value natural results and safety. I liked that they pointed out realistic issues that can remain, such as a crooked nose or asymmetry, because those are structural face issues and can remain; as the line gets refined, they may look more noticeable than before. They also explained that because it is a long nose, if osteotomy is performed it could look longer, which was good. The only thing I found a little disappointing was that it seemed like they were pushing ear cartilage and septal cartilage. Because there is a risk of sagging, I wanted to use costal cartilage, but they recommended ear cartilage instead
