The consultation about removal was good I learned for the first time here that my silicone was floating, and because of that the middle of my face looked longer and was ruining my appearance. The doctor seems to have good aesthetic sense and is quite smart. Since this is a nose with septal extension, they recommended only removing the silicone here rather than full removal, and said putting Megaderm in that spot would make it smooth. Megaderm was optional, so they ran a simulation with the option of only removing the silicone and the capsule, and I liked it. But because surgery could not be done immediately, and because it was not full removal, I eventually had the full removal done somewhere else, and in the end I would have regretted it a lot if I had not done the full removal.
