After visiting about five clinics, I chose this one because of the doctor's eye for aesthetics. My nostrils and bridge were originally wide and spread outward overall, but they became naturally slimmer, and recovery was genuinely much faster than expected. The bruising lasted less than a week, and there was hardly any swelling, so I quickly returned to daily life. Several years have passed, and I have no discomfort at all, no breathing problems, and no contracture; it just feels like my natural nose. There are no visible scars either. They built up my nose with septal cartilage and inserted silicone, but I can even sleep face down.
