I had functional nose surgery at another hospital because of a deviated septum, but unfortunately the nasal obstruction did not improve, so I started looking into revision surgery. I also had sinusitis, so I had facial pain too.. Even taking ENT medicine did not help. In the end, I had surgery at GNG Hospital. I consulted with Director Sung Yong-hae, and it was nice because he examined everything carefully. The hospital system also seems systematic haha He was honest about what could be done and what could not, which I liked. I also wanted to improve my low nose, so I finally decided on functional cosmetic rhinoplasty! The bridge used a custom implant, the tip used autologous costal cartilage, and for the functional part they corrected the deviated septum, rhinitis, the nasal valve, and sinusitis together. Once the bridge was built up, it definitely looked different lol It is embarrassing to say it myself, but I look a little more handsome .. lol The compliments from my coworkers make me feel proud. The nasal obstruction has clearly improved too, which is great. I do not have to breathe through my mouth anymore, so it is comfortable, and even the facial pain has improved, which is nice. It is amazing that surgery can be this cleanly done.. If I had gone to [Clinic A] from the start, how much better would that have been? lol
