I had the silicone in my nasal bridge removed because it got inflamed, but it turned out I had a saddle nose. I want to have surgery using autologous rib cartilage on the nasal bridge safely, but I was told that if the whole piece of rib cartilage is used, it won't work because of warping. I heard there is a method where the autologous rib cartilage is evenly crushed and then covered with fascia before being placed on the nasal bridge? Has anyone had surgery with this method? I’m in my fifth round and I’m really desperate.....................
