During the hospital consultation, I said I didn’t want it, but they raised the tip of my nose with the septum and extended the columella downward, so it turned into a witch nose. Even I could tell my columella wasn’t short; it was a decent, cute-looking nose, but when the columella dropped downward and didn’t move, I look witch-like when I smile. So even when I’m out meeting people and laughing, when I’m alone I end up feeling down because of my nose. Has anyone had the entire columella extension removed? Has anyone had it removed at hospitals like ㄱㅅ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ, ㅊㅁ, etc.? Even for removal, aesthetics seem important too. If there are any hospitals besides these, please share the information as if you’re saving one person’s life.
