They said that if I only remove the silicone, most people recommend revision surgery because of the step-off. I thought that made sense too, so I was looking into it, and then the virtual surgery result I tried at Brㅇㅇ looked so good that I decided to have the surgery there. Everyone who tried virtual surgery, did your nose come out the same after surgery? My surgery is coming up soon, and I’m both excited and anxious to the point I could die
