I booked a consult at B/Y/N and came here, and here they talked about removing the silicone with a closed approach, adding new ear cartilage, and filling in the step-off. But after hearing that there’s a lot of viral marketing, I got really anxious on the spot, so I’m thinking of going for consultations at S/S/O and P/R/M too. I also don’t really want to harvest new cartilage again and put it in.. I’d like to remove only the silicone with a closed approach and do the surgery by repositioning the cartilage, but has anyone done it that way…?
