Honestly, the tip and front view matter more to me, so I don't really want to obsess over the bridge, but A doctor at another hospital said on CT that it looked like 4 mm or 5 mm had been used, and the first surgeon also said a medium-sized silicone implant would be fine. My nose was already small and low to begin with, so I can roughly imagine what it would be like after removal, but could it end up lower than my natural nose after removal?
